Dr. Rosado was born in San Juan Puerto Rico and raised in Bell Gardens California. He went to High School in Bell Gardens, California and attended undergraduate studies at the Caribbean University in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and Medical School at the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus in San Juan. Dr. Rosado completed Residency Training at the UPR Family Practice Residency Program in Gurabo Puerto Rico (1994). he went on to Active duty with the US Army and served 3 years at the National Training Center at Ft. Irwin in Barstow California and four years at Ft. Hood Texas. Dr. Rosado was deployed to Bosnia Herzegovina during the winter of 1997 for Peacekeeping duty with the First Brigade (Iron Horse) First Cavalry Division. He was Honorably discharged from active duty in May of 2001 and moved to Bullhead City AZ where he served the tri-state communinty in private practice untill April of 2007. Dr. Rosado missed his family in Southern California and returned to practice in beautiful Fallbrook, California when he currently resides.

University of Puerto Rico Family Practice Residency Gurabo: 1994
Residency programmed was rural based with access to large 300 bed Hospital in Caguas,Puerto Rico. Rotations performed at the University Hospital in San Juan, Veterans Hospital and San Juan Municipal Hospital.
